Lake Valley Engineering - Installer Referral Program
Our clients have the opportunity to query an LVE provided database for qualified installers in their area. We are committed to providing the best support possible for our clientele and we screen all applicant entries prior to inclusion in this database. If you would like to be considered for inclusion in this reference, please follow the process described below. Thank-you for your interest and we look forward to working with you in the near future.
Please provide us with the following details regarding your business and background.
1) Business Name and address
2) Your name and a phone number where we may reach you
3) A description of your business, product line, and applicable qualifications.
4) Include one business reference (e.g. bank, or supplier). Please be sure to include contact details for this reference(s)
5) At least two customer references. Please be sure to include contact details for your references
6) Your business phone number where customers may reach you.
7) Your business e-mail
8) Your business web-site (if available)
9) Describe your company service area using your business geodesic location, and a service radius (E.g. 39° 48' 52.99" N, 86° 8' 44.99" W, 100 miles)
10) Zip Code list of all service areas (optional)
11) Any credentials you would like to publish in the data base(optional)
E-Mail InstallerReferralProgram with the requested detail in an attachment, formatted in plain text
Upon application receipt, we will check provided references, business' charter, and qualifications for compatability with LVE goals. We may call you, to discuss your application details. For ISC qualification, we will send you a multiple choice questionaire regarding ISC program functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will need to complete and return the questionaire. We will evaluate your response and notify you of acceptance or not into the program. If accepted, you are referenced in the database and from that point forward our customers will see applicable details provided in your appication when they inquire about a qualified ISC installer in their area.
To maintain the database, we may periodically send you a quick inquiry regarding database updates, etc.
In the event you wish to have your business removed from the referral database just let us know.
